Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long does shipping take?
Economy shipping: estimated delivery in 4-5 business days.
Express shipping: estimated delivery in 3-4 business days.
Delivery time includes order processing, production, and shipping. Estimated times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Where do you ship from?
Your order will be printed at the facility closest to you. That means faster delivery and less carbon. Win-win!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached

What’s the sizing like?
All our apparel is unisex and runs true to size. If you’re between sizes or like a looser fit (for that proper baggy ‘90s look), we recommend sizing up. You’ll find a size guide on each product page too.
Do you do custom orders or bulk bundles?
We do for crews, events, or wholesale. Email us with what you're after and we’ll see what magic we can make happen.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start printing pretty quickly, so if you need to make a change, email us ASAP at hello@savetherave.co.uk. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address – help!
Get in touch immediately at hello@savetherave.co.ukand we’ll do our best to update it before it goes out.
I haven’t received my order yet – what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If it’s still not clear, pop us an email at sales@savetherave.co.uk and we’ll investigate for you.

What’s the sizing like?
All our apparel is unisex and runs true to size. If you’re between sizes or like a looser fit (for that proper baggy ‘90s look), we recommend sizing up. You’ll find a size guide on each product page too.
Who designs your stuff? Are they exclusive designs?
Everything’s designed in-house by people who actually lived (and danced through) the scene. This isn’t copy-paste fast fashion, it’s culture on cotton.
All our designs are original and created especially for Save The Rave — you won’t find them anywhere else.
What are the care instructions?
Wash Machine: Wash cold with similar colours to maintain the quality and vibrancy of the fabric.
Dry Tumble: dry on low heat or hang to dry to prevent shrinking and maintain the T-shirt's shape.
Store: Store in a cool, dry place to keep the T-shirt fresh and ready to wear.
Do you ever restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but not always. Some designs are one-time drops, others might come back if there’s demand. If your favourite’s gone, drop us a message - we might have something similar coming.
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, comfy cotton tees that are made to last and feel great on the dancefloor (or the sofa).
Will the colours or print fade?
Nope! We use high-quality printing that holds up rave after rave. Just follow the care instructions and you’re good to go.
